Minimum 2 night stay
Rioja, Toro, Crianza - 75€ per room / per night
Ribera - 70€ per room / per night
CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT
For your convenience we operate a self check-in system which enables you to check-in anytime after 15:00 on the date of your arrival and check-out by 11:00.
You will receive instructions on how to access the secure key box and the code for it the day before your arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds
Guest who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;
Cancellation made 7 days or more in advance of arrival date = No charge
Cancellation made 6 days or less of arrival date = 50% of total reservation cost
Cancellation made 72hrs or less of arrival date = Full cost of reservation charged
Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit any deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday / cancellation insurance where required.
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made
